Incidents Beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib

Sikh pracharaks today sent a bowl of blood for Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal after the negotiations between Sikh pracharaks and the Punjab government failed to yield any results. It is notable that Sikh pracharaks who have been staging a sit-in at Punjab and Chandigarh border near sector 51 had three rounds of negotiation with representatives of the Punjab government but both sides failed to reach any agreement.

Punjab is witnessing widespread protests after October 14 Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan police firing on Sikh demonstrators who were demanding arrest of persons responsible for Beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib. Sikh sangat of Punjab outraged against incidents of beadbi of Guru Granth Sahib. After the incident of October 14 police firing in Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan village in Faridkot district, in which two Sikhs were killed and many others were injured, Sikh protest brought Punjab’s life to stand-still.
