Khalsa Action Committee was formed on July 4, 2007 at Ludhiana by various Panthic Organization during the initial stage of struggle against anti-Sikh activities dera sauda sirsa (DSS). Since its' formation the KAC is holding various Khalsa Marches and conventions.
On November 13, 2007 the KAC held Guru Maaneo Grath Panthic Convention at Gurudwara Gurusar Mehraaj (District Bathinda). The Convention was attended by many Sikh Organizations and Sikh Religious Personalities. Sikh Sangat in Large Number attended this Convention.

Family of Shaheed Bhai Kamaljit Singh Sangrur, who was martyred during the struggle against dera sauda sirsa (DSS) on May 17, 2007 at Sunam, was honored by KAC at the convention along with Lawyers and others who have suffered injuries or loss for the cause of Sikh Nation during the struggle against anti-Sikh Dera Culture.
